Boy Scout Sunday Today

We thank the Boy Scouts for serving as greeters and handing out bulletins today. Wednesday, Feb. 8th is the 102nd birthday of the Boy Scouts of America. This year is the 99th Boy Scout Sunday observance, and the 100th anniversary of the first Eagle Scout. We appreciate the young men and leaders of Boy Scout Troop 169, who meet here every Tuesday night, and all they do for the community and the church. Please thank them in person, downstairs in Fellowship Hall after the 10:45 worship service, for living out their oath to serve God and their country, and to help others. Today's coffee fellowship hour with a special cake is being held in their honor.

Super Bowl Subs

Don’t forget to pick up your super bowl subs after worship today.   We will have extras if you didn’t get a chance to order.  Thank you for supporting our youth!

Loaves and Fishes

It is once again time to sign up for the Loaves and Fishes meal.  It will take place on Sunday, February 18th from 4 pm to 6pm.  Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Last month was our first time to put out the donated clothes for our guests.  We served 49 people -  42 pieces of clothing were taken, as well as, 5 pairs of shoes.

God Bless you in your efforts to help others – the sign up sheets are in the Gathering Area outside the Sanctuary.

Sketti and Skits is on Sunday, February 26th at 5:00 in Fellowship Hall.  Tickets are $6.00 for adults and $3.00 for children over 3 years.  All proceeds will go toward our summer mission trip.

Mission Trip Meeting

We are having a Mission Trip information meeting on Sunday February 12th at 5:00 in Fellowship Hall.  Any youth, going into high school in the fall and any post-high adults who are interested in going on the mission trip please plan on attending this meeting and getting all the information.  We need to have commitments soon in order to reserve a spot.  The week we are planning on going is the week of July 15th.  If you have any questions please talk to Cheryl Delaney or Amber Bowers.
